2. Services

We provide building and pest inspection services across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
All inspections are conducted in accordance with relevant Australian Standards (AS 4349.1 – 2007 and AS 4349.3 – 2010).
The inspection and report are intended for the client named on the booking confirmation only and must not be relied upon by any third party.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online form.
• Full payment is required prior to release of the report unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time may incur a cancellation fee.
If an inspector arrives on-site and access is not available, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Scope & Limitations

Our inspections are visual assessments only.
We do not move furniture, lift floor coverings, or dismantle structures.
Reports provide an opinion based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection.
We are not liable for defects that are not reasonably visible or accessible at the time of inspection.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the inspection or report is limited to the amount paid for that inspection.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by BEZT Building and Pest Inspections and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law
